Ningbo Tianye Precision Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. It is located on the shore of Jiulong Lake, a tourist attraction in the northern suburbs of Ningbo on the coast of the East China Sea. It covers an area of 16665 square meters and a construction area of 15000 square meters. It is a professional all-silica sol precision casting enterprise. The company invested 38 million RMB to build a modern silica sol investment casting process line, and has formed an annual production capacity of 3500 tons of high-quality all-silica sol precision castings.
 

The company's project process design department is developed in cooperation with Tsinghua University in Beijing, and is supported by domestic precision casting experts. The company passed the ISO9001:2000 quality system certification in 2003 and the ISOTS16949:2002 quality system certification in 2008. At the same time, the introduction of advanced ERP production management computer system, the company's entire production process to implement scientific data tracking management.
 

The company has a central laboratory with relatively complete testing equipment, including direct-reading spectrometer, tensile testing machine, three-coordinate, projector, metallographic microscope, roundness meter, etc., from material inspection, process control, finished product inspection to supplier evaluation, Strict control standards have been established to test and control the quality of products throughout the process.

The company's main products: high-precision automobile and motorcycle mechanical parts, power tool parts, stainless steel marine hardware, stainless steel pipe and valve parts, stainless steel building hardware components, power fittings, power fuses, high conductivity pure copper parts and various copper alloy precision castings. At present, the company has developed and produced more than 1000 varieties, and the products are basically exported to the United States, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Italy and other countries. The total export volume accounts for more than 60% of the company's total sales.
